Cases to do as Project Homework

Here is a list of the Case Study sections that you should prepare. Your first job is to read the Health First Requirements Document to learn about the proposed database. The homework description and text for the cases can be found in the Health First Case Study. We will be doing Agile assignments this year. This will include doing a prototype (either Word Doc or C# or your preferred method), Evil User Stories and Security Stories for each assignment, and a test plan.

The cases (or chapters) to complete in the Health First Case Study include:

Homework 1: Due Tuesday Feb. 26. From Health First Case Study do the Agile assignments within the following chapters:

• Chapter 5. Combatting Social Engineering: Do the Requirements Assignment.
• Chapter 12. Only do the Training Materials Development.

  Homework 2: Due Tuesday March 19.

• Chapter 6. HIPAA: Including Privacy Rule Adherence to Requirements Document. Do all Requirements Assignments. Do Agile Assignment.
• Chapter 18. Software Requirements: Extending UML with MisUse Cases: Do the entire chapter using the Agile format. This includes evil user stories, security stories, misuse case diagrams, security use case diagrams, and test cases as noted in the assignment.
• Chapter 20. Developing a MisUse Deployment Diagram. Do entire chapter using Agile Assignment. This includes the Misuse Deployment Diagram with associated Evil User Stories and Security stories. It does not include test cases.

  Homework 3: Due Tuesday May 7:

• Chapter 14: Defining Security Metrics: Do the Requirements in Agile Style.
• Chapter 13: Planning for Incident Response: Do the Requirements in Agile Style: Requirements Assignment: Software Design for Incident Detection.
